Rogue State Vietnam

Now Vietnam too! By remaining neutral with regard to the war of aggression against Ukraine, Vietnam is making a fool of itself. It is simply inhuman not to help a country that is being attacked by a terrorist state. By welcoming an internationally wanted criminal who is responsible for this war and not arresting him, Vietnam is joining the ranks of the rogue states.
